Hello. I have two separate parcels in Hudspeth County, TX, about 35 miles east of El Paso. One is 299 acres the other, 335 acres. Both are close to three phase power lines. No buildings on property, primarily used as grazing land at one time. Interested in leasing all or part. Note: the larger parcel has a hilly ridge. This parcel may be better for wind development, the flatter land for solar.
